Delivered online by Baylor University School of Education’s Department of Curriculum & Instruction, the Doctor of Education (EdD) in Learning and Organizational Change prepares educational leaders and other working professionals to systematically drive transformative change in higher education, K-12 schools and systems, private and nonprofit firms, and government organizations.

The program can be completed online in as few as three years or on a flexible schedule. No GRE scores are required to apply.

As a student, you will develop a broad understanding of the educational process as well as build skills that can be adapted to a variety of educational situations. Upon graduation, you’ll emerge prepared for challenges such as:

The School of Education is a caring community of faith-based scholars united by their belief in the power of education to shape our world for the better. Online students engage with peers and professors during weekly videoconference-based classes, complete interactive online coursework, partake in extensive guided research, and attend two on-campus immersions.
