Earn a Doctoral Degree in Learning and Organizational Change

Delivered online by Baylor University School of Education’s Department of Curriculum & Instruction, the Doctor of Education (EdD) in Learning and Organizational Change prepares educational leaders and other working professionals to systematically drive transformative change in higher education, K-12 schools and systems, private and nonprofit firms, and government organizations.

The program can be completed online in as few as three years or on a flexible schedule. No GRE scores are required to apply.
